Refund & Returns Policy – ePureAcademy

At ePureAcademy, we are committed to delivering high-quality electric mobility training programs. Our refund and returns policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and supportive of our students’ learning journeys. Please read the following carefully before enrolling in any course.


1. Course Refund Policy

1.1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Full refunds will be issued if a student cancels enrollment within 7 days of payment and has not accessed any course content (videos, downloads, assessments).
  • Partial refunds (up to 50%) may be issued within 14 days of payment if minimal course content has been accessed and the student provides a valid reason for withdrawal.
  • No refunds will be issued after 14 days from payment or once more than 30% of the course content has been accessed.

1.2. Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to: [email protected]
  • Include your full name, course title, payment receipt, and reason for the request.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days via the original payment method.

2. Practical Training & Assessment Refunds

Once a student has confirmed attendance or booked a seat for in-person lab, fieldwork, or practical exams, the following applies:

  • Cancellations made at least 5 working days before the practical date: 80% refund or full credit toward a future session.
  • Cancellations made within 5 working days of the session: No refund, but credit may be offered in exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergencies, with evidence).
  • No-shows will not be refunded or credited.

3. Course Substitutions & Transfers

  • Students may transfer enrollment to another course of equal or lesser value at no charge, within 30 days of original payment, provided they haven’t accessed course content.
  • Transferring to a higher-value course may require payment of the difference.
  • Substituting a learner (e.g., if paid for by an employer): Allowed within the first 14 days, provided no content has been accessed.

4. Product Returns (Merchandise, Training Materials)

If ePureAcademy offers physical training kits, manuals, or branded merchandise:

  • Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
  • Damaged or incorrect items may be exchanged at no cost.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the student unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Registration fees (if stated as non-refundable at sign-up).
  • Course materials once downloaded or accessed.
  • Custom-designed corporate or partner training packages.
